This Timelapse Footage Of Today’s Storm In Sydney Is Made Of Nightmares

Sydney-siders, you all felt the pain/rain today. We certainly did.
It was a pretty confronting amount of rain, aided by some extremely loud cracks of thunder and some very bright lightning. Jokes were made about Crown St drowning in water for once, rather than the usual avo + sourdough toast café orders.
But the BBC just released this hekkers footage of the storm actually rolling in. And this that bizarre little half an hour storm legit looked like the end of the world was occurring. Hooly dooly.

Timelapse footage shows a powerful “tsunami” cloud rolling across Sydney http://bbc.in/1L0KTtX
