Some Reprehensible Flogs Posed As RSPCA Agents & Stole 15 Beagle Puppers

If it weren’t such an unbelievable dick move, you’d almost have to admire the ingenuity of this. Almost.
A man and two women are wanted by police in Geelong after the trio allegedly dressed up as RSPCA agents, gained access to a property in Lara, and stole fifteen beagle puppies in broad daylight.
The group took the wee pooches from the house’s backyard at around midday on March 23rd.
Authorities state that the trio went to the house in uniform and claimed they were responding to a report of animal cruelty. They then proceeded into the backyard and took the litter of puppies, five of which are believed to be microchipped.
RSPCA Victoria stated that the group was definitely not associated with them in any way, and they certainly were not authorised animal welfare officers.

“It is an offence in Victoria to impersonate an RSPCA inspector.”

“Inspectors are required to carry authorisation photo ID cards. They are issued on behalf of the Minister for Agriculture and must be produced upon request.”

Police in Corio are appealing for any witnesses in the area, or anyone who might have noticed someone with a sudden surplus of dogs.

WHO EVEN DOES SOMETHING LIKE THIS.
ASIDE FROM HIM, OF COURSE.
