Scientologists Are Sinking Bulk Bucks Into Putting Ads Onto Your TV Screens

Welp. Get ready for this to be a thing.

The “Churchof Scientology has launched an assault on Australian lounge rooms, by bankrolling a TV ad campaign that’s scheduled to last for the next four months.
The campaign began in Sydney on Sunday, with Melbourne following suit yesterday.
Using ads already produced for US audiences – and attached to high-viewership events the Grammy Awards and the Super Bowl – the campaign is apparently aimed at answering “the one question that modern technology cannot address,” which is of course “who am I?” The burning question on everyone’s lips.

The ads will be airing on Channel Ten, with the Church hoping they lead to an influx of cash from Australians taking up the offer of their expensive hollow promises.
Sei Koto, a public affairs director for Scientology, stated that the ads are a response to apparent increased interest in the Church and its pits in which the desperate can pour all their disposable income into.

“We have increasing inquiries for information about Scientology with growing numbers of people logging on to take our free courses online from all over the world.”

“Scientology offers an exact technology with step-by-step procedures a person can use to improve their life right now. It is a scientific approach to spirituality that gets real positive results.”

Real words spoken by a real organisation founded by a powerfully mediocre science-fiction writer.

Never underestimate the enduring value of snake oil, pals.
Let us save them the trouble. If you have no idea who you are, the answer is this.
You can have that one for free.
