Reddit Finally Has An App To Optimise Your Toilet Time-Killing Sessions

Get ready to lose even more hours of your day to Reddit: they’ve finally launched their own iPhone and Android app.
10 years after launching and existing solely as a website, we can now enjoy a much more efficient reading-Reddit-on-the-toilet experience that previously.

“The app is already the fastest way to browse Reddit, and it will serve as the foundation for many updates to come,” said Reddit CEO and co-founder Steve Huffman.
Although there are a bunch of 3rd party mobile apps with which to browse The Internet’s Front Page, having an official one will mean faster support for new features and probably a much bigger budget and team behind the app – so cooler shit faster, hopefully.
The app is coming as part of a whole bunch of new changes being rolled out after CEO Ellen Pao resigned last July, aimed at increasing the site’s presence by making it a little less daunting to new visitors.
Part of the app’s redesign will focus on turning the regular giant wall of mostly unformatted text into something that gives you some direction as to what you’re supposed to do. Like troll people (no don’t do that), or have intelligent conversations (you probably won’t do that).
Pls enjoy this little video of the app’s functions:
