PSA: Sydneysiders Can Cop Free Kombi Rides ‘Round The City This Month

We’ve teamed up with Pepsi Max who are giving y’all free rides in a kombi this summer.

Getting from A to B in Sydney is more cooked than a rotisserie chook.

If you’ve got a car: the traffic getting down to Bondi, the cooked parking situation on Newtown’s King Street, the parking fine you return to at literally any location in the general vicinity of the CBD.

If you don’t got a car? Try and hail a cab / cop the general cost of trying to get there in a timely manner, or catch public transport which is wildly uncomfortable thanks to the overflowing sweat.

It’s not at all fun and enough to make you shudder at the mere thought of leaving the house.

To try and nip that in the bud there’s a kombi offering to drive city peeps around from January 18-31 – it’s the lil’ brainchild of Pepsi Max, who are collab’ing with GoCatch for the promotion.

All you’ve got to do is order a ride through GoCatch and if the kombi’s in your area (between 7am – 9pm), a little icon will appear on the app. You’ll then get a notification saying that you scored the free ride and the kombi’s on it’s way to you, but it’s a luck of the draw sitch. Sorry guys, but it’s definitely worth a crack, especially if you’re gonna order a cab anyway.

When you’ve copped the free ride you’ll be showered with free Pepsi Max and the opportunity to go anywhere within a 15km radius.

Comedian Ash Williams is heading the promo (alongside ace human Carissa Walford), telling PEDESTRIAN.TV

I’m stoked to be onboard with Pepsi Max for #MaxYourSummer. Any campaign offering free kombi rides and free Pepsi Max is something I want to be involved with.
