New Information On Princess Diana’s Death Suggests British Military Murder

Weeks from the sixteenth anniversary of Princess Diana‘s tragic death in August 1997, new information has been released regarding the “People’s Princess”, her boyfriend Dodi Al Fayed and her driver’s death in paris, alleging that they were murdered by a member of the British military.

Sky News reports that the information was passed on by the former parents-in-law of an ex-soldier; despite the seeming detachment and incredibly tenuous sounding vibes of that relationship, and evident age of the information, Scotland Yard will be scoping the allegation for its “credibility” and “relevance”.
Scotland Yard issued a statement saying,“The Metropolitan Police Service is scoping information that has recently been received…The assessment will be carried out by officers from the specialist crime and operations command. This is not a re-investigation and does not come under Operation Paget.”

Considering that the inquest in to Princess Diana’s death took years, over 250 witnesses and millions of dollars to reach the verdict of “unlawful killing and negligent driving” (duh?) it seems a bit exhausting that there’s potential for the case to be opened once more.
I suppose everyone’s suffering serious post-Royal-bb blues, so this has popped up to calm the nerves of royalists who need gossip to pick at: after all, what’s better than a Royal Murder?
