NAH M8 GET FUCKED: Cops Seize 29 Mostly Deadly Snakes From WA Man’s Home

A total of 29 snakes (and one eastern water dragon) were seized at the man’s property in Baldivis, Western Australia, and are a horrifying mix of native and foreign species.

3 x corn snakes

1 x ball python

4 x burmese pythons 

Working with the Department of Parks and Wildlife to seize the fuckers, the Australian Border Force charged the dude with 14 counts of keeping fauna in captivity without a licence, 2 counts of failing observe conditions of a licence, one count of refusing or neglecting to furnish or furnishing a false return, and one count of wilfully misleading a Wildlife Officer, after he lied about having a licence in the first place.

They’re also making enquiries into the possession of the 10 foreign snakes, as unless there’s some serious Illuminati snake trade going on, they would have at one point have to have been imported. ABF investigators may yet charge the bloke further, for offences against the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 and the Customs Act 1901.
