Folks, we’ve officially hit the one-month countdown to the Royal Wedding, and people (yes, fine, including me) are getting excited. But while a huge amount of people are bloody stoked that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are tying the knot – and a good part of the world’s population are totally indifferent – some peeps are bloody STEAMED. Namely, Meghan’s own family.
We all know by now that the Suits star has some problematic relos. Her half-sister Samantha Grant is still working on her book The Diary of Princess Pushy’s Sister, as far as we know, and her-half brother Thomas Markle Jr and his fiancée have both been arrested for getting into physical altercations with one another during the past 18 months.
And now Thomas Jr, who wasn’t invited to the May 19 nuptials to be held at Windsor Castle, has positively let rip at his sister in an interview with the The Mirror. The 51-year-old says that Meghan’s family has been “torn apart” by her rise to fame, blasting his sister as a big old phony.
Meg likes to portray herself as a humanitarian, a people’s person and a charitable person but she is none of those things to her family. She is giving the greatest performance of her life. She is acting phony. Once she got into Hollywood she turned into a different person. She’s clearly forgotten her roots and her family. Maybe the normal American family she has is embarrassing to her because we’re not producers and executive producers.

Thomas Jr goes on to add that Meghan, 36, is nothing like her fiancé Harry’s late mother, Princess Diana – even though she wants to be.
There’s a whole different side of her that has started to surface and it’s ugly to see. I’ve read that Meg wants to be like Diana. Diana was worshipped by everyone in the world. She was loved for the right reasons. That’s what Meg wants, but I don’t think that’s going to happen. She’s not genuine like Diana.
Look, show me a family that doesn’t have any drama – it happens to the best of us. But to have it play out in the tabloids just before you’re about to get married in the biggest wedding of the year? That’s just messy.
Though Thomas Jr has been running his mouth about his sister, their dad Thomas Sr has been supportive, and will reportedly be walking his daughter down the aisle on her big day.
