Margot Robbie’s Undergone An Insane Image Change For A New Film Role

Well then. If nothing else you absolutely cannot fault her commitment to a role.
Actual human sunbeam Margot Robbie is currently on-set for the filming of her upcoming flick ‘I, Tonya,’ a biopic following the life and tumultuous career of infamous US figure skater Tonya Harding.
Far from being one of those things where you simply put on a jacket and rock up to set all like “It me. I am Tonya now,” Robbie’s wardrobe department has gone all out on the one-time Harley Quinn, and the results are fairly bloody stunning.
Pap photos from the set show Margot baring a pretty dang striking resemblance to the woman at the centre of one of US sport’s most intriguing and unreal yarns.

For reference, here’s a shot of the real Harding from the CBS photo archives circa 1994:

Decent resemblance, yeah?
The film covers the 1994 incident in which Harding’s ex-husband Jeff Gillooly and her bodyguard Shawn Eckhardt hired a hitman to injure Harding’s chief local rival Nancy Kerrigan in the weeks leading up to the 1994 winter Olympics in Lillehammer.
Sebastian Stan, who you might remember as Bucky Barnes from the ‘Captain America‘ films, is playing the role of Gillooly.
The film is scheduled to hit cinemas in 2018.
