Well this is a bit cute: Margot Robbie and Tonya Harding hung out on the red carpet at the premiere for I, Tonya, and it looks like a very nice time.
“Such a fun evening celebrating with the REAL Tonya Harding,” Robbie wrote on Instagram.

Robbie of course plays the figure skater in the new biopic, which follows Harding as she rises through the ranks of the sport and orchestrates an attack on her Olympic teammate, Nancy Kerrigan.
Sebastian Stan, who plays Harding’s ex-husband Jeff Gillooly, told PEOPLE that he was star struck by Harding.
“I don’t know if I should even say ‘Hi’ to her, I mean, I play Jeff!” he said. “I’m totally star struck right now.”
It’s not the first time the two have met, with Robbie telling Jake Gyllenhaal in Variety‘s ‘Actors on Actors‘ segment last month that Harding asked the actress how to manage her fame.
“Something [Tonya] asked me about when we met, she said, ‘How are you dealing with fame and being famous?’ And actually, it was very kind of her to ask. Because to be honest, her situation was horrible, and it happened to her so young, and I think what made the biggest difference in the world was she didn’t have a support network around her. And I do, and I’m so lucky. I didn’t start working professionally until I finished high school. I had a very clear bookend from my childhood to my adulthood — from my life outside of the film business and my life inside.”
I, Tonya is out in Australia in February 2018, and we honestly can’t wait.
