The Insta queen / reality TV star / business mogul is copping a hefty amount of flak for her most recent fashion foray: a line of camo clothing that looks a helluva lot like stuff by indie label Plugged NYC.
The founder of Plugged NYC, Tizita Balemlay, has taken to Instagram and Twitter to spread the shade, and the comparisons are pretty damning:
And oh yeah, there’s the small matter of the fact that Kylie has apparently ordered stuff from Plugged NYC before.
The black owned company that Kylie stole her camo clothes idea from is posting the receipts of when Kylie ordered from them and I’m LIVING pic.twitter.com/4r0xEwhw6o

That is, apparently, the email proof of Kylie’s orders. Yikesssss.
Wait she really just ordered your stuff and copied it? Damn! Keep dropping the receipts pic.twitter.com/4D9vATQcE8

Of course, camo bikinis have been around since at least Destiny’s Child, so it’s pretty hard to prove infringement of copyright or IP on this one. Still… looks bad, Kylie. Looks pretty, pretty bad.
indeed
