Instagram, Netflix, Pinterest And The Internet Go Down In Electrical Storm

An electrical storm across America’s Midwest overnight was responsible for taking out Amazon’s Elastic Compute Cloud data centres, and with it billion dollar photo sharing circle jerk Instagram, movie rental service Netflix, and content ‘sharing’ service Pinterest.

Unfortunately the storm wasn’t able to take out all the jokes about breakfasts, coffee art, cats, selfies, sunsets, rainbows and babies. You will find none of those here because they have all been done to death already.

According to sensationalist ALL CAPS ALL THE TIME users on Twitter, Reddit, the iTunes Store, LinkedIn and MeetUp (whatever that is) are all down now too. #BathSalts probably.
