You weren’t planning on driving at night ever again were you? Good, then go ahead and watch this dash cam video, recorded by a motorist outside of Cessnock, NSW, in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The video, which has gone viral as all hell since being posted to the
Dash Cam Owners Australia Facebook, shows a car slowing down as it approaches a four-wheel drive parked across an intersection, with a hooded man nearby.
As the car comes to a stop, the man stands still for a moment, and can then be heard lunging at the driver’s vehicle and screaming as he speeds away in a panic.

Per reports in Fairfax, the man attempted to call his girlfriend, who was travelling in a car not far behind, but could not get on, meaning she and her friend were forced to endure the same thing a minute later.
“I almost stopped before I could go around this guy, and as we went past he just lunged at our door,” the anonymous woman said of the straight-out-of-a-goddamn-horror-movie experience.
Police have since identified the man, who was located living in bushland nearby, and arrested him on Sunday afternoon.
The Maitland Mercury report that the man was “heavily intoxicated” and has been charged with possession of an illegal drug.
