Like, for example, this actual honest-to-goodness meal that you can purchase from Sydney establishment Dutch Smuggler:
That, my friends, is a Mi Goreng toastie, the latest on a long list of food hybrids that have made me say, Why the hell didn’t I think of that, swiftly followed by, Gimme.
The legends at this little CBD kiosk haven’t stopped at one hit, though. This place also sports kegs (KEGS!) of espresso martinis, which they have on tap in the evenings.
Mi goreng toasties. Martinis on tap. Darude‘s touring Australia.
