A 22-year-old girl has reportedly been shot dead at a Hungry Jack’s in West Hoxton, Sydney.
News Limited report that police shot at the teenager after being called to a disturbance at the Hungry Jack’s at around 11.45am.
At this stage, there are unconfirmed reports that she entered the premises with a knife, and later “lunged” at officers who attempted to subdue her.

Ambulance officers responded to reports of a gunshot, but a representative told News Limited that the person in question had died.
Police have blocked off the road as they speak to witnesses. We’ll follow this story as it develops.
