Usually, when your friend asks if you want to come and see their boyfriend DJ, the appropriate response is “no, sorry, I’ll be doing literally anything else in the world that night”, but when the friend is Taylor Swift and the DJ is Calvin Harris, you find a way to make it work.
Thus did Ruby Rose find herself partying in Las Vegas on New Year’s Eve, and she shared a series of videos on Instagram to prove what an excellent night she had, because if you hang with the world’s premier pop star and don’t post about it on social media, did it even happen?
The pair were at Omnia Nightclub, Ceasers Palace, and had originally intended to take a selfie together while wearing festive tiaras (a fashion faux pas that put them roughly two penis straws away from a hens night, but we’ll let it slide, given that it was NYE and all).
When Ruby accidentally hit the record button, they just went ahead and rolled with it, because she and Tay are just so fun and fancy-free like that:
