Bullshit! Daft Punk are going to be on DJ Hero!
The new version of guitar hero has already signed on hip hop heavy weights like Jay-Z, N.E.R.D, and the Beastie Boys, but imagine our amazement when we heard that our favorite French android-duo Daft Punk had been recruited!
According to rolling stone:
“Daft Punk will bring their trademark beats, disguises and awesome set designs to DJ Hero…along with 11 exclusive mixes that merge the French duo’s biggest songs with tracks by Queen, No Doubt and Young MC”.
DJ Hero is due out late october and will be the first time Daft Punk have lent their creative talents to a video game. It’s kind of unexpected considering how reclusive they are, it’s almost as weird as seeing Bob Dylan on TV flogging apple computers…but hey, its a new world!
