We were always skeptical of Activision’s forthcoming Daft Punk/DJ Hero game because unless your name is 2ManyDjs not all things can be quantized on Ableton then mashed-up and sound killer. But after watching the below trailer in which Daft Punk (in video game form) mash Queen’s “We Will Rock You” with their own “Robot Rock” in a mix we’ll call “We Will Robot Rock You Virtual DJ Styles” we’re thinking this might actually be fun. Can’t remember Daft Punk scratching any vinyl live but the leather jackets and excitable crowd are spot on.
