WATCH: Adele Goes Off At Security Guard Who Told VIC Fans To Stop Boogying

At this point, Adele diehards recognise a ticket to one of her gigs doesn’t only guarantee some top-notch tunes, but a generous helping of Cockney-inflected banter.
Now, after an Australian tour chocka-block full of cheeky digs and jokey interludes, the singer has capped it off by calling out a security guard at her massive Melbourne snow.
After eyeing an Etihad Stadium worker instructing punters to sit down, Adele said “excuse me sir, I know you work here, but can you stop telling people to sit down?

“This is a music show. If people can’t see, then they can stand up. If it’s only about people dancing, then what the fuck have you come to the show for?

“If I see one more person being told to sit down because they’re dancing, I swear to God.”
She capped that one off with the customary “excuse my language” before launching right into another tune. Bless.

Last night’s show was the final one of Adele’s Aussie tour, which drew mind-bogglingly huge crowds around the nation. Just as well she unleashed her quips to so many people, ’cause she might not be back down until 29 or so.
