If you’re hitting up SITG18 and you’re a severely unorganised person (yeah same, it’s cool to be unorganised don’t even worry), there’s hope for you yet.
Visa are setting up their own vending machine to dispense everything you didn’t (and wouldn’t) think of bringing to the festival-to-end-all-festivals.
There’ll be signage planted all around the grounds as well as people to guide you to the vending machine if you’re as clueless with directions as me, and for a few bucks you can choose from:
- Unicorn sleep mask
- Biodegradable poncho
- Bio glitter & vaso
- Power bank
- Phone selfie light
- Lip balm
- Face rhinestones
- Dry shampoo
- Hand sanitiser
- Uno
Leave your coins at home, this isn’t the ’90s. Just tap your card and you’ll be showered with glitter in no time. As an added bonus, if you’re an ANZ cardholder you can also cop a free revival kit with a hot pocket, a shower wipe and SOS hydration.
Think that’s everything? Think again, compadre. In addition to the vending machine, there’ll be a giant Connect-Four game set up as well as a free sparkling water fountain accessible all day, all weekend. Cling onto that sparkling water for dear life, you’re gonna need it.
While you rehydrate, refuel your phone at Visa’s charging station while you’re at it. Two birds, one stone.
