The Temper Trap To Soundtrack AFL Grand Finals

After serving up lukewarm Meatloaf rumoured to have cost the AFL $500,000, all future relationships with Meatloaf, and the patience of anyone born after 1967, Mick Molloy has speculated that The Temper Trap – a band who are from Australia (tick) and still maintain complete use of their cognitive faculties (double tick) – will provide the halftime entertainment at this year’s grand finals in Melbourne.

“This is what I’ve heard. I believe there will be half time entertainment, there will be a performance by the band Temper Trap,” the Richmond supporter told Triple M. “Temper Trap will be performing at half time at the AFL in scenes reminiscent of the NFL in America.”
