Soundgarden Reform!

With excursions into underwhelming super-group arena rock and Timbaland Produced stinkers, Chris Cornell’s noughties output has never quite measured up to his work with 90’s Alternative flag-bearers Soundgarden. It’s been over a decade since the Seattle quartet’s split but for fans of incendiary grunge or 90’s nostalgia you’ll be happy to learn that Cornell recently announced the band’s reformation via Twitter. Duh! Twitter. Of course.

“The 12 year break is over & school is back in session. Sign up now. Knights of the Soundtable ride again!” wrote Cornell, who also directed followers to Soundgarden’s updated website. The 12-year break is over and school is back in session kids.
