Nominations are now open for the the third annual SMAC Awards, known officially as FBi’s Sydney Music Arts & Culture Awards. Presented in January and voted for by the public, the SMACs nobly support the artists, musicians, venues, promoters, creators, thinkers and culture makers who have helped shape, inspire and change Sydney in 2010.
You can now head to the official SMAC website to nominate Sydneysiders in the following categories: Best Artist, Best Arts Event, Best Collective, Best Live Music Act, Best Major Festival, Best Music Event, Best Performer, Best Sydney Song, Next Big Thing – Music, Record Of The Year, Remix The City and SMAC Of The Year. And for the first time ever, SMAC have introduced a Best On Screen category for rad TV, film or online content (our vote goes this lot). Have your say people.
