Despite the fact she does a truly absurd amount of shows whenever she tours here, it still always seems like Pink is fairly indestructible. However, in news that’s going to upset scores of Mums around the country and almost certainly affect the national supply of chardonnay, the 38-year-old singer has had to postpone the first of her planned Sydney shows due to illness.

Pink announced the postponement of the show, which was due to take place at Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena on Friday night, via social media a short while ago, citing a nasty bug that she hasn’t been able to shake in time to get up for the show.
Hi my Sydney friends. It is with great frustration that I bring you this news:( Friday’s show will be postponed. I was hoping a couple of days of rest would help me kick this sick, but not at the speed I was hoping for. I appreciate your well wishes and understanding + I’m sorry.

Tour promoter LiveNation will reportedly post the rescheduled show’s details on both Facebook and their website once they are known. The details of the show will also be emailed to all ticket holders. The show is the first of 7 planned shows at the Sydney venue, as part of a wider Australian tour consisting of a staggering 35 dates.
Due to illness, P!NK’s performance scheduled for this Friday night (August 3) at Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena has been postponed.
Fans, we are working on a rescheduled date, you will be contacted by email.
All other performances on the Australian leg will go ahead as scheduled.— Live Nation Australia (@LiveNationAU) August 2, 2018
Pink and her family are reportedly in Byron Bay resting, following the conclusion of her run of shows in Melbourne at Rod Laver Arena this past Saturday, which in turn came after a combined 8 shows in Adelaide and Perth.
Following her stint in Sydney, Pink is set to take her Beautiful Trauma Tour to Brisbane for a run of 7 shows at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre, before the mammoth Australian tour concludes with a further two shows back in Melbourne.
For what it’s worth, Pink’s been trying to get well by searching out wellness shots and neti pots in Sydney.
Sydney friends: does anyone have a favorite place that makes wellness shots and fresh juices for when I get there? Thanks in advance. And how do we feel about Neti- pots. They scare me.
