American singer Pink has cancelled tonight’s huge Sydney gig after being spending the night in hospital with a gastric virus, touring agency Live Nation has announced.

The muso, who has sold more Australian concert tickets in her blockbuster career than any other artist, was initially admitted to St Vincent’s Hospital on Sunday night while suffering from dehydration.
She was treated and discharged, but was readmitted yesterday. She remained there overnight, and cancelled her scheduled Monday night gig as a result.
Pink also cancelled her Friday night gig at Qudos Bank Arena due to illness, but managed to perform on Saturday night.
The latest cancellation marks another setback in what has been a tumultuous tour.
It’s hardly over, either. She is still scheduled to play another three gigs in Sydney, before heading to Brisbane for seven (!!!), back to Sydney for two more, and then to Melbourne for a final two.
