Listen closely and you just may notice that the lyrics from Datarock’s “True Stories” is comprised entirely of Talking Heads song titles. Look closely and you’ll notice that the band have a White Stripes-like penchant for red, black and white. Actually you don’t have to look too closely to notice that, their new album is called Red/i> for heaven’s sake. As expected the track is more tongue in cheek white boy party jams from the kings of tongue in cheek white boy party jams.
