Melbourne based boutique festival Sugar Mountain returns for the summer of 2013, and after the first lineup announcement it’s already looking like one to lock in the calendar. They’re legends of the New York noise movement and underground dance scene as well as a hugely influential post-punk outfit: ESG are heading to town for what is guaranteed to be an amazing journey across the dancefloor. Also announced is mega-hyped American rapper Action Bronson and hip hop production luminary Peanut Butter Wolf, as well as a handful of exciting local acts – and that’s just the first announcement! Sugar Mountain will be held over multiple days in January 2013, with the main event taking place at The Forum Theatre on Saturday 19 January 2013.
