The new trailer for Thor: The Dark World (2013) has been released, starring Your Throbbing Ovaries with a support cast comprising entirely of Chris Hemsworth’s Virile Manhood.
Fan-humans this world over rejoice as yet another tantalising glimpse of what the what Thor has been up to since his adventures with The Avengers #AdvengerTime is dripped down.
In a textbook case of escalation (cc: Damon Lindelof) unfriendly otherworld hotties from Svartalfheim come fronting and so Thor must go a-hammer-wieldin’ because “the very fabric of reality can be torn apart.” Taking the helm on this race to save everything ever is Director Alan Taylor, a man responsible for some truly excellent television (episodes of Game of Thrones, Mad Men, Boardwalk Empire, Sopranos et cetera).
Returning talented people include Natalie Portman, Tom Hiddleston, Kat Dennings, Stellan Skarsgard, Anthony Hopkins, Idris Elba (in what, thankfully, looks to be a more significant part) and old mate Stan Lee as ‘Bus Driver.’ With Christopher Eccleston as Malekith and Chris O’Dowd, in a yet un-named part, coming to join MC Hammer and Friends.
