WATCH: Teaser For Guns N’ Explosions Western ‘The Magnificient Seven’ Hits

This is a huge year for both remakes and Western film with numbers in the title. ‘The Magnificent Seven’, a remake of a 1960 Western that was itself remake of a 1954 samurai film, but not related to either ‘The Hateful Eight’ or shitty Adam Sandler comedy ‘The Ridiculous Six’, has dropped its first teaser.

The original – uh, both, originals – are pretty legendary films, so there’s big boots to fill. What ya get instead is a whole bunch of explosions, Chris Pratt being handsome and all that, and THE DENZEL. 

It’s about a group of cutthroats, layabouts and outlaws who join together to save a town from bandits. A timeless, timeless tale.
