Paris Hilton made her debut as a DJ at the POP Festival in Sao Paulo, Brazil, this February. This is the first footage of the performance that I’ve seen and, based on my limited knowledge about the rules of professional DJing, I’m just going to throw it out there that playing “Sandstorm” by Darude as part of a pre-mixed set with a video backdrop of yourself sexy dancing isn’t a very “DJing in 2012” thing to do. Please correct me if I’m wrong. I’m sure one thing we can all agree on is that this is by and large a trainwreck.
