So when you have a simple little in-show segment like James Corden‘s “Carpool Karaoke” on The Late Late Show that blows up into a fully-fledged internet phenomena, the logical choice is to isolate it and give it is own platform.
Carpool Karaoke scored its very own, standalone primetime special in the US that aired earlier today, with the late night host moving up to a more respectable hour to belt out some hits on his commute to work.
This time around it’s Jennifer Lopez‘s turn to ride in the front seat and delve into the ole’ back catalogue with Jimmy C (or J’Co, according to his Vegas-destroying rap name).
There ain’t much else you need to know. It’s maximum hits and maximum fun.
