Ahh, Jumanji. The film that taught us all the most important childhood lesson: don’t fuck with cursed boardgames or you’ll be transformed into a hideous monkey boy and/or trapped in a magical jungle for decades. It’s more important than knowing how to do your tax return.
Did you know there’s a sequel coming? It’s directed by Jake Kasdan and stars Dwayne Johnson (nice), Nick Jonas (lol) and Jack Black (what’s he up to these days?)
Anyway, it exists and The Rock posted the first look at his character,the improbably-named Dr. Bravestone, who basically just looks like Indiana Jones. It’s Indiana Jones, for sure.
There we go. Will it ruin your childhood? Probably! It drops next year.
