Despite the fact that the lead image for this story is possibly one of the greatest images every to be created, the news we are about to deliver may invoke feelings of dread or stress.
Empire have reported that Kevin Hart and Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, who just hosted the MTV Movie Awards together, are in talks to star in the film.
Up until this point, most have been teetering on the edge about this remake, with a steady balancing act of 50% excitement and 50% terror. Now… those percentages might be sliding.
The film, which has been tentatively pushed back to a mid-2017 release, is expected to be a hard remake, rather than a sequel to the original.
