It’s the end of an era: the finale of The Hills is screening today, bringing to an end the journey of LC, Audrina, Kristin, Heidi, Spencer and the rest of the crew after following them through six years of Ed Hardy caps, ill-advised tattoos, impromptu Vegas weekends, partying at Les Deux, LC’s proverbs a la life, Audrina’s boobs, Justin Bobby’s bike, and drama. MTV’s “reality” series has provided us with some classic soundbytes throughout it’s run. We thought we would share some of our personal favourites and invite you to contribute your own in the comments section as a send off for this time-sucking crack like addiction of a show coming to an end…

LC “You guys. All i want is a drama-free life.”
LC “You know like dog whistles, like only a dog can hear them? That’s how I am with my blackberry, like no one will hear it and I’m like ‘My phone’s ringing’.”
Brody “Bro!” [high fives everyone]
LC “life’s tough. Get a helmet.”
LC “Go with your gut, but use your head.”
LC “I feel like if I don’t give it another chance, I’m always gonna be like, wonder.”
Brent Bolthouse “Look. You either sink or swim. The ball’s in your court. Just make sure you’ve got all your ducks in a row. Let’s workshop our deliverables so we can take the horse into the paddock and see how it runs.”
