‘The Bachelor’ Probs Overspent On Choppers So Now They’re Recycling Dresses

This one goes out to the crafty production managers over at Channel 10, who’ve been entrusted with making sure all of the contestants on this year’s series of The Bachelor are properly kitted out. Fair play, honestly.

So many women. So many dresses. So little time. And, oh, such a tight budget.

The struggle is real. Although the show is a ratings flytrap and you best believe advertisers are paying beaucoup bucks to ply their wares in those hefty ad breaks, we all know 90% of expenditure is going to speedboats, high-wire stunts, and inflatable sumo suits.

That’s why Keira’s bodice tonight was so damn interesting. It was a fancy number, replete with metallic detailing, and it helped form an outfit that was probably a lil’ too swish for the show to utilise just once…

…BECAUSE THEY DIDN’T.

They didn’t just use it once. THAT TOP HALF HAS LIVED THROUGH BOTH THE LAST SEASON OF THE BACHELOR, AND THE BACHELORETTE.

As a slew of eagle-eyed viewers have pointed out, that number graced Australia’s angel Sam Frost as she capped off her stint as The Bachelorette, after it also appeared on… Rachel, the intruder, from last year’s Bachie.

You better believe the memes are a-flowin’.

Han shot first. The Bachie is recycling a dress like goddamned pros. These are equivalent continuity errors that absolutely deserve celebration. As for the production team? Well, they must have learned a thing or two from that other Channel 10 mainstay:
