Suit up ‘coz the Suits gang are coming back for one final season of spicy legal drama.
The hit series will soon drop its final, 10-episode season featuring the return of Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams) who exited the show after Meghan Markle left to pursue another career path. Something to do with a castle?
Anyway, the first trailer for the final season just landed, featuring several iconic scenes from previous episodes, including Mike begging Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht) to hire him and Rachel Zane (Markle) smacking Mike across the face, and later marrying him.
ah, the mems
But if you’re holding out for a Meghan Markle guest appearance or cameo, you may wanna save yourself the pain as series creator Aaron Korsh recently shut down rumours that the Duchess was linked to season nine.
“We’re not currently asking Meghan Markle to leave her position with the royal family and join us,” he sadly revealed. “I would love it, but I think it’s pretty close to zero.”
But back to the season at hand: Towards the end of the vid, we’re given a sneaky taste of what’s to come in the finale.
“Man, you’re going to make me cry,” Donna says.
“I’m just getting started,” Harvey responds, seemingly going in to kiss her.
“Go time,” Adams recently wrote on Instagram. “Very excited to head back into the fray one last time.”
Adding, “Thanks to the fans for keeping the flame alive and to Mr.Aaron Korsh for welcoming me back.”
Meanwhile, the second last season of Suits will arrive on Netflix on July 19.
In the meantime, send your suits to the cleaners in preparation of the final season which is expected to drop later this year.
