
Back in 2012, Robert Pattinson starred in the deeply idiosyncratic film Cosmopolis. It showcased Pattinson as a super-powerful and super-neurotic fella, essentially trapped in his stretch limousine while a cavalcade of weirdos took their toll on his psyche. If you have the chance, you should give it a crack. It’s weird.
Alternatively, you could just catch GQ Magazine’s latest video feature, in which Pattinson lives out essentially the same premise. In Cosmopolis, we could argue Pattinson’s character was searching for his soul; in the new clip, Pattinson just wants a bloody sausage sizzle, mate.
The vid accompanies their you-beaut profile of the 31-year-old actor, which frames him as a frantic and intensely-talented bloke creating a persona outside of, well, you know. Seen through that insane lens, a video of Pattinson going berserk trying to dodge fans on his quest for a hot dog almost makes sense.
