Music legend Rebecca Black almost broke the internet when her odious single “Friday” became the fastest growing meme since Charlie bit me, and today she is back with a new attempt at viralness called “My Moment”.
With “My Moment” Rebecca takes an introspective look at her own experiences with the tricky juggernaut of fame, and takes aim at her “haters” with a commemorative shopping list of the achievements her paean to the weekend has garnered amassed. The video shows her enjoying the fruits of success i.e. getting her hair straightened, riding in a limo, cajoling with backup dancers. In comparison to “Friday” what “My Moment” lacks in the unintentional LOL-factor it makes up for in autotuneness and cerebral rape.
