In case you’d forgotten, a new Lara Croft / Tomb Raider movie is on the way – appealing to a new and very horned up generation of gamers. After Angelina Jolie‘s two entries in the series, Academy Award winner Alicia Vikander is slinging on the pistol holsters this time ’round.
Now we have our first glimpse at what Vikander actually looks like in the role. Shockingly, it does not look like this:

The new movie is supposed to be set within the timeline and universe of the current crop of Tomb Raider games, which feature a much younger Lara Croft than the original games.
It seems obvious Vikander will also win an Academy Award for this, right?
