Angry Birds, the game that has glued millions of their users to Iphones in the past year has just been released in a free online version.
Possibly launched as part of the ongoing Google/Apple war that seems to be all the rage on tech sites lately – Steve Jobs‘ company edged out the web monolith as the world’s most valuable tech brand this week – Angry Birds is best played on Google’s browser, Chrome. The full version of the game for mobile, which is one of the Iphone’s most successful apps, still costs $5.99.
The game is a valuable commodity and may soon overtake Facebook in the ‘Best Procrastination Tool Ever’ stakes. Needless to say, most workplaces will now have to find another site to block access to come Monday, or productivity is going to go down the toilet.
