‘Planet Earth II’ Gets Better & Better, Gifts Us A+ Shook Capybara Meme

Sweet mother of Christ, we had no idea that Planet Earth could bring such a ruddy rollercoaster of human emotion – but, it turns out that it absolutely fucking does.
In Sir David Attenborough‘s ‘latest humans-creepin’-on-fauna‘ offering, ‘Planet Earth II’, we’ve so far seen (and been deeply affected by) a gloriously dramatic lizard/snake chase and an actively distressing snow leopard rape
Now, we bring you: Shook Capybara
He’s just seen SOME SHIT. He is DONE.
Basically, he’d just witnessed a jaguar hunting a caiman, which is a kind of alligator.
SPOILER: the jaguar totally won, and the final climactic scene of the tense hunt is the jaguar violently chomping down on the skull of the caiman, during which we hear some delightfully nauseating bone-crunching sounds.
The immediate shot after this, is:
Poor capybara. He woke up that morning thinking “ooh what a beautiful day! Just lovely!” then BOOM! VIP front-row tickets to the skull-squooshing of a gator. What did he do to deserve that? Poor lil’ guy.
Anyway, the internet lost its mind, as it understandably has with all previous ‘Planet Earth II‘ stories:

There was even a Twitter Moment dedicated to the Shook Capybara:
However – it wasn’t the *entire* internet losing its mind about Shook Capybara. There was this one other guy, who was pretty shook himself over this monumental realisation:

Yes. Very good.
