Here are some shots taken from the set of The Great Gatsby. A lot of people are a bit nervous about Baz Luhrmann‘s 3D adaptation. Mainly because of the whole 3D thing. Why does it need to be in 3D? Is it so Myrtle Wilson’s breasts will be literally IN YOUR FACE? Isla Fisher, who is playing the role of Myrtle, does seem to have her breasts out in the photo below…
Maybe Baz has changed elements of the book that will make 3D worthwhile, presumably adding some cool Honey, I Shrunk The Kids 3D action bits (like making the giant retinas from the Dr. T. J. Eckleburg billboard turn into a swarm of giant bats).
