Honestly, I’ve eaten leftover pizza older than Kendall Jenner’s ‘social media detox’ lasted, but rightio.
Yeah, you guessed it – she’s back on Instagram.
The Kardashian sister deleted her account a week ago, causing a media frenzy so large that she actually had go on national television and explain herself.
While many thought it had something to do with her recent lost court cause against a stalker, or her sister Kim Kardashian‘s scary robbery at gunpoint in Paris, Kendall explained to Ellen DeGeneres on ‘The Ellen Show‘ that she simply needed a detox.
“I just wanted to detox. I just wanted a little bit of a break.I would wake up in the morning and look at it first thing, I would go to bed and it would be the last thing I looked at. I felt a little too dependent on it so I wanted to take a minute.”
She told the television host that she, one of the most famous models and reality television stars in the world, couldn’t believe it was such big news:
“It’s so crazy to me that it even became huge news like that.I mean I guess I didn’t expect it, but I also took my Twitter off my phone. I didn’t delete Twitter entirely but I took the app off my phone, so I had no idea anyone was even talking about it, I honestly didn’t even think anyone would even care.”
Well… 68 MILLION people follow you Kendall, but okay. Yeah, no one would care. Sure.
However, after only 7 days, Kendall’s back on the ‘Gram.
She posted a series of three photos at a party. It seems the model actually took the photos herself, as they’re captioned ‘shy boy by me’, ‘happy by me‘, and ‘return of the mack by me’.
