Barack Obama stopped by Late Night With Jimmy Fallon last night to strengthen his death grip on the youth of America via slow jamming the news with Jimmy Fallon and The Roots.
Oohhh yeaaahhh, you ready for a smoky slow jam about the benefits of keeping down student loan interest rates? Of course you are. We love Obama’s stoicism here and Fallon’s interjections are both breathy and hilarious (The Preezy of the United Steezy, The Barackness Monster) but the real winner here is the (possibly accidental???) Def Jam mic drop at the end. We know it’s accidental because he doesn’t end with the triumphant are you not entertained? pose. That’s cool though B, you still get every imaginary vote in our office.
