SOME however are saying the New Rules, don’t apply to Dua as being maker of the Rules gives her some kind of immunity????
Guys, @DUALIPA’s New Rules were not violated. They were impliedly repealed. It is within Dua’s exclusive power as the legislator of New Rules to enact newer rules which would repeal and nullify the former.
