Netflix’s January Releases Include ‘Boss Baby’ & Other, Less Vital Stuff

Christmas. It’s over now. Sorry to tell you. It might only be mid-December, but we’re already done with it. Seeya later, sucker. Get outta here. Hit the bricks. And there is no more definitely proof of that than the fact Netflix has already dropped their full list of January releases. See? December’s over, ya yuletide losers. Move on.

What’s in store for the new year? The Boss Baby.

The Boss Baby is coming to Netflix.

Not the series, or any of the direct-to-digital sequels. The original, the one-and-only, the unmistakable Boss Baby. Netflix. January 27th.

The only film in the history of Hollywood’s grand pantheon to posit the society-shaking question: What if the boss was also a baby?

The boss of a company. Also a baby. It writes itself, people.

Is there other stuff? Probably!

The annual New Year’s Day bonanza of new content hits hard in 2019, with the likes of Game Night, Conor McGregor: Notorious, Deep Impact, The Amazing Spider-Man, 21, Cast Away, Kramer vs Kramer, and a stack of others.

Elsewhere in this truly blessed month, the truly insane-looking documentary FYRE: The Greatest Party That Never Happened drops on the 18th, followed in the documentary stakes by Conversations with a Killer: The Ted Bundy Tapes on the 24th.

There’s also the second half of Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt‘s fourth season to enjoy, films like Scott Pilgrim vs The World, Senna, Babe, Fist Fight, and A Cure for Wellness coming, and a whole hell of a lot more.

Also some unknown film called Pitch Perfect. You may or may not have heard of it.
