It’s a great summer for content, people! Netflix Australia, in their benevolent wisdom, have birthed unto you all a roster of red hot content set to arrive throughout January, which is perfect if you, like me, can cop sunburn from even a slightly-too-bright lightbulb.

While we all know already that Brooklyn Nine-Nine season six and the final batch of Bojack Horseman episodes are on the way in the first month of 2020, the full list of releases is full of hits and good shit that’ll tide you well and truly over until the sun stops trying to kill you.
If dinosaurs are your thing (honestly, they should be), then you’re in luck: All three original Jurassic Park movies are arriving on January 1st. That’s the iconic Jurassic Park, the very good The Lost World, and the Let’s Not Talk About It Too Much Jurassic Park III. New Year’s Dino Day, baby. It’s happening.
Beyond that, there’s extra seasons of Suits and South Park and Heartland and the US Shameless coming. There’s also a shockingly early (by Australia’s standards) look at an awards season contender in Uncut Gems, the film that’s getting Adam Sandler widespread acclaim for his acting. Pigs are creatures that can fly, you see.
Honestly, there’s a lot of good, good gear here. You’d be a fool to not find something to like.
