‘If I Die, Tell Mindy Kaling I Love Her‘ shirts have been kicking around for a while now on ETSY and other similar places, alongside a multitude of Mindy Kaling-inspired items including cross-stitch patterns and devotional candles.
The sentiment on the shirts is pretty easily understandable – I mean, if I died tomorrow, I guess I’d want Mindy to know how I felt – but for Kaling herself, it’s a little odd and creepy.
During a recent appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, the Mindy Project star and author said that, if at all possible, she’d like her fans to keep on living:
