Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown has gone in to bat for her mate Drake, after fans questioned the exact nature of the 14-year-old’s relationship with the 31-year-old rapper.
Taking to Instagram, the young gun defended the situation, justifying it as a totally normal mateship with another major star who got their start as a kid on television.
“I’m lucky to have people in the business extend their time to help me further my career and offer their wisdom and guidance,” she wrote, before laying into everyone else.
“Now get back to talking about real problems in this world other than my friendships… jeez.”
The drama all started when Brown used a lil’ Emmy Awards red carpet interview to elaborate on her mateship with Drake, saying “I love him, I met him in Australia, and he’s honestly fantastic.”
She also admitted they text each other about missing each other, and that he shares advice about boys.
“You know, that stays in the text messages,” she said.
