Megan Marx Says She’s Had It With People Not Taking Her Sexuality Seriously

A lot has been said, published, commented on and tweeted about Megan Marx and Tiffany Scanlon. The former ‘Bachelor‘ contestants who famously (and briefly) found love with each other copped all kinds of criticism that their relationship was played up for the Instagram likes.
The former half of that couple – Megan, we’re talking about Megan here – has now given an interview to Sydney Confidential, lamenting the fact that she doesn’t “feel like people take my sexuality seriously.”
The 28-year-old was posing for iconic Sydney artist Charles Billich, whose body of work mixes breathtaking architectural landscapes with nude portraits of his wife (‘Real Housewives of Sydney‘ wannabe Christa Billich), her mates, and his dog.

“Being bisexual or sexually fluid, people automatically think it is a publicity stunt,” she said. Look at some of the most famous people in the world, people like Kristen Stewart or Cara Delevingne or Amber Heard, they’ve all struggled with this where they have a relationship with a woman and people question it. I am doing my own thing and getting on with life. I’ll date who I want to date and if people don’t like it, so be it.”

She also revealed that she hasn’t spoken to Scanlon in months.

“I am single, so single,” she said. “I’ve been dating both men and women but nothing permanent and nothing serious. Tiffany and I, it was a very up and down relationship. I am used to things being a lot cruisier. Women are very different to men. It got really difficult for various reasons. It is multifaceted what went wrong really. We are not on bad terms but I think sometimes when a relationship ends, you just have to have that separation at least for a period of time but I hope we can be friends again. It is still a bit raw at the moment and I haven’t spoken to her in months.”
